Distinguishing between GV calls and normal calls?

gutted

Is there any way to have the phone show me if it's a GV call as opposed to a call to my cell number?

My hope was to put my GV number on my resume and be able to tell if it was an employer calling. But so far, in my tests, I can't tell if the inbound number called my GV or my cell.

Am I missing a setting?

There's a setting on the Google Voice "settings" interface under Calls -- you can choose to have the caller ID show as your Voice number instead of the caller's number.

Hope that helps!

When I go to GV, go to settings and do not see this anywhere. My GV settings are "making calls" which just asks if you want to use GV by default, "this phone's number", etc. No "call" settings... Hmm.

I wish there was a way to still display the incoming caller ID and then have the app on the phone somehow display that it's a GV call incoming. This would be ideal & should be able to be made a possibility somewhat easily if they wanted.

Yes, this would be ideal and was what I was hoping to find.
