I am getting this message every once in a while no matter what I am doing on my phone and then I can make it keep popping up if I check for a system update. Anyone have any ideas?

I assume by DM you are referring to Device Manager..
I had a similar problem with this Turbo 2 when a I couldn't install a systems upgrade..I took it to the Verizon Store and found out I needed WiFi to finish the installation....
Took about 45min but the upgrade did install using Verizon's in-store WiFi...
Might take yours to Verizon and let them get it working right for you..good luck!
Thanks. I found out why it wasn't showing in my app drawer so once I found that I force closed it, cleared data and restarted the phone. So far it's working
