Do I have to pay to get my ATT SIM Activated?

So heres the deal, The Iphone 4 uses a micro sim card and I still have my old unactivated one, I sold my I4 and am getting a new Android Phone (captivate), so if I take my old sim card to ATT will they re activate it for me or something? Do I have to pay?

They will give you a new SIM card with the phone, they just loaded all my contacts from my old SIM card to my new one.

It's also free, just pay for the phone.
 
If you go to a COR store or a third party retailer they should give you one and activate for free.

I know my 3rd party stores do at least


I know walmart charges $25 for one so dont go there
 
I just ordered a Captivate over the phone from AT&T. Will it come with a new sim card or do I have to use my old one?
