Do I need new charger

My phone charger got burnt I hope my port isn't burnt so or to only buy new
What do I do please help me

Update don't worry guys I found out my charger had overheated .

If it is burn buy a new charger..

Step 1: Find out if the roasted charger still charges the phone?
If no go to step 2 or step 3, if yes use common sense...
Step 2: Buy new Charger...
Step 3: Burn the phone to an equal degree as well to make sure the chargers and phones burn levels are in sync...
