Hello bigger and more experienced developers,
to tell the truth i'm still new to android and developing for cell phones, but i've got some questions especially about motorola developing.
i've seen this MOTODEV News Keeps Android Developers in the Know | Android Phone Fans
from the news, and went to MOTODEV, and youtube
Well, I'm impressed by motorola's android apps!
to know the story:
I have a Nexus One (which i feel has like a pure android OS), I don't have even HTC apps and widgets, which was kinda depressing (that's some reason y i want to develop for android), but now comes motorola, and in there website there's a special SDK Add-ons for them!
my questions are:
OK they have their own home screen and widgets etc, but can developers develop for motorola phones without obtaining a motorola phone?
Is it possible for developers to "let's say" mimic motorola apps (personally, i want to do better apps than their), but can a developer get to that level?
donno, i just got discouraged somehow when i saw motorola's developer's website :'(
