Do not disturb not working

I have a Galaxy S9 the to not disturb option is not working. It used to work fine right now I cannot turn it manually, I cannot Slide the on button. I have a schedule set up but still get notifications for any kind of media and phone calls when the Do Not Disturb is enabled

Have you tried to access Do Not Disturb with the quick settings?
Pull down your quick settings menu, and tap the sound icon repeatedly until a 'ban circle' appears.

I figured it out. I was running a third party app for volume control and it had a switch for do not disturb that was turned on everything works fine now, thanks
