Do NOT use HTCexpress.com/chichitech!

Just a warning about my experience with the online vendor HTCexpress.com (chichitech). I bought the red batteries from them for my G2, decided I didn't want them and tried to cancel my order. My request to cancel was ignored, and when I got them I tried to ask for an RMA number (as the sites intructions tell me to) and was ignored again. All in all I emailed them 3 times and called their customer service number once, and was ignored all 4 times. The customer service number is a joke, it's an automated message the gives no info about any company or anything, for all I know I left a message on somebody's home phone. Anyway, there's a 30 return policy so I contacted Paypal and opened a dispute with them, and finally this "business" responds to me. They still have not given me an RMA number so I may still escalate the dispute in PayPal. Anyway, hope you never have to return anything to them, good luck.

I bought from these guys a couple of months ago. Same product, actually. I agree that their customer service is sub-par if they even respond. In my case, one of the batteries was not performing properly and they told me to ship it to them at my expense and that they'd ship me another. Shipped the batter, never saw a replacement.
