The iphone 5 will be the best selling smartphone of all time actually. Once a better phone comes out we migrate to that while the isheep wait two years for a new iPhone.

Gnex is an amazing phone BTW. The esteem ain't got nothing on it lol.
 
yup especially when wirefly gave me a $200 credit to my card after I called & complained about the price being dropped to $299 not even a week after I purchased it

I had an Esteem, both me and my wife did.
I rooted mine and pushed it to its limits. I loved it.
After a while, I noticed that it wasn't quite where I wanted to be.
My wife switched to the Connect (traded Esteem for Connect), and loved everything about it except it would overheat.
Then she traded the Connect for a Motion. She isn't as enchanted with the Motion as she once was.

Then I got the awesome wirefly sale and got an S3 for 299. I really love this phone. I have never been happier with a phone. I have changed to Jellybean and have the new keyboard and camera, but the phone itself is just amazing. I haven't run into anything that I can't do with it.

After using my phone for a couple of weeks, I returned my Esteem to stock to sell it. Now I see the sharp difference between the phones. I was happy with the Esteem, I am ecstatic about the S3.

I would recommend it to anyone who can obtain one.

PS: Before I get any pm's telling me, I will inform the new owner of the phone it was rooted before I complete any sale. It is completely stock now though, no root, no custom recovery, and the setup wizard comes up when you turn on the phone.

How did you change to jellybean? Are you rooted? The ROMs are jb, but I was lead to believe there's no jb update for metro yet

Rooted with a JB rom (Black bean 6). From what I understand, the updates to the os cost MetroPCS some money, if we do see an update it will likely take a while.

Is possible we might get a leaked rom from US Cellular (was told the hardware was the same as ours) but that might also take a while.

I did install the 4.2 keyboard on the stock S3 and my wife's LG Motion, though.

Probably not as nice as it looks on the outside...

I was thinking exactly the same thing until I did some searching and asking here.

Go to the Avid forum and read my thoughts I posted yesterday.

I got a new Motion from BB yesterday.

I'm not fond of the missing .75" screen from my DX and that will take some getting used to but the Motion seems fine at least until the new MoBigga Motion comes out. (A Motion with a 4" screen would be EXACTLY what I was looking for!)

Actually the only reason this 1 would cause metro money is because they have to (always) add their bloatware
