Dock mode for car , how to direct audio to miniUSB??

Hi, I have that split Y cable for like ebay item =271742871431, miniUSB --> to USB(charge) + 3.5audio, when I plug it I have charge, but audio still on that top 3.5mm/or Speakers.
How to force audio go down from miniUSB to that extra 3.5 ???

That's a killing task, I might confused with terms (Dock, Diaplsy Desk screen,etc...) but I want to solve that quize, I'm on S3 4.1.2. I don't have any DOCK options in menu,

do u have options in settings for accessory options n set it to audio output mode use external spkrs when device is docked
