doctor's visits apps?

my child has multiple medical issues and we visit multiple dr's every few months. I'm looking for an app that tracks visits and info like weight/height/notes.

Anyone know an app that would work for us?

dont know if there is app for this but you could try using the calendar feature and enter the details in the description section.

Try out doctor appt organizer. There is a free version to try it out, but you might need the full version.
