I use this app alot but what's the easiest, quickest way to mask ur IP ADDRESS & or create a VPN?

Use a VPN app and service. Psiphon is quite a good free one I use sometimes, and I know a few friends who also use it.

It certainly masks your true IP address, and gets around any Internet filtering and censoring.

I've also used Express VPN and Turbo VPN.
