Alphabetize where? The app drawer? If so then third party launchers do this easily. Nova launcher is a good one.

Nova is a great launcher, also ADW, Launcher Labs too.
The apps are automatically alphabetized in the app drawer of the stock Pixel Launcher so I'm not sure what you're asking.
If you've got apps strewn across your homescreen iPhone-style then you'll have to arrange them as you see fit. The stock launcher doesn't provide an option to sort icons on your home screen.

Hello, I had the same problem. Smart Sort Launcher is perfect, but with ads. You can buy the app for 4,99 lifetime. First week is free. The owner promised me today to remove all ads and make the app free for everyone! I love this app.
