Does anyone know how to use the optical Scroller on a blackberry classic in android applications?

But maybe somebody can help me please?

I really love bb os 10 - I think it is horribly unappreciated

But I am trying to see if I can implement the optical scroller in some android applications.

I am just wondering if anyone knows how to do this properly
