Does anyone know if Android will ever make guitar effects programs such as JamUp Pro available soon?

I recently discovered that it's possible to plug your guitar into an iPad/iPhone and get great tones off a program such as this one, along with others (I'm relatively new to the smartphone game). The concept blew me away. (look up Ola Englund 5153 JamUp Preset on Youtube)

I was wondering if something like this was already out/coming soon to the Android store. I've searched everywhere on the internet and found one claim for what I'm looking for even though I can't find this on Android's marketplace... (on the Ollapp website)
 
Android - i.e. Google - won't. They don't really make any apps.

If there's an app you like on say the iPhone, contact the developer to see if they have plans to port to Android. If enough people ask, I'm sure they will sooner or later.
