Does anyone know what app this is?

Hey guys,

I just picked up a Droid Turbo and I was looking at some different clock widgets for it and stumbled across the image below. The only app I've found that's remotely close is clockr, but it doesn't display the date. Does anyone know where I can find this? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Could be a widget made with Zooper ?
I have the app and it is highly customizable! (is that even a word? lol )
