This is the imagine if I didn't upload it correctly. And further info its a samsung s8, always on screenshots my OH sends me, but never on her phone when she is with me

Looks like a clock (which could include a pending alarm or even a reminder).

If you are that worried why not ask her?

I've looked all over the net and there is no icon like that in androids default icons or notification icons. It is on nearly every screenshots no matter what time of day, and I don't want to seem to be jumping the gun so thought I'd see what it is first

My Huawei phone always shows a clock icon if there's an alarm set. But it's not quite the same as the OPs. But I think it's usual feature of Android, and is nothing to be suspicious about. It's not like a heart or something.

The alarm icon is on the right hand side, and has been on the screenshots as well as the other icon, I had the s8 before and never saw that icon, I just think it's strange how its never on the phone when we are together watching a video or looking at stuff together.

An icon on the left usually means a user-installed app.

I personally figure that if it's on almost every screenshot it isn't like she is trying to hide it. But it is a very generic icon, so not easy to look up.

It's a clock, so I'd guess it means some alarm or reminder has been set. Check your notification settings.
