I have 76db 5bars tower is 2 blocks I can see it and they said that the one I conect to? I get 4 G they never built out and it does not go against my 2.5 but 4 G not all over Albany NY
I'm asking for the toll free no. where thay just pick up. There no automation just a human?I don't understand what you're saying here.
Just because you can see the tower and you are getting a strong signal does not mean you will get good data draw. Data draw speed is more dependent on the load on the tower then your connection. One of my use areas, i only see a -101db signal (no bars). But i have seen data rates from 1mb to 76kb, time of day dependent... Unfortunately, the 4g data draw should count against your 2.5g allowable data. It does on mine. I would not get too bent out of shape if it has only been a short period of time. With Sprint trying to convert its towers to LTE, your area may be in transition. As far as calling Boost...good luck. I long ago gave up on Boosts customer service... If you haven't done it, go ahead and re-authorize your phone on the network (i.e. ##72786#). Just be sure you have a data connection before you do it. If you have no data connection with the tower your phone will not reactivate properly... Not really sure what Boost could do for you if you did call. I would assume they then send an email to Sprint....thats the one they disconnected yesterday. Having slow data I know how to do ##72786# and I have 76db 5bars tower is 2 blocks I can see it and they said that the one I conect to?
