If you already have the G+ account but still see this, you may need to clear your review from the app. You can do this online from the Play Store, but I don't think the app allows this anymore. I noticed on some apps that my old review, "a google user," was never updating and wouldn't until I cleared the older one. May take a short time to update / clear. Have seen a few mentioning this so thought I'd throw it out there.
