Does Easytether Lite get you charged by verizon?

I'm currently using EasyTether lite to get internet on my laptop from my phone. I'm wondering if Verizon will charge me for doing this (I know they charge $10/month with a 5GB limit for their tethering program) but will this app get me charged the $10/month for its use?
 
okay thanks, is there a limit to how much you can use from it? Don't want to go past it haha, just at a place where there's no internet at all
 
They tell you it is unlimited but it is 5GBs. On the other hand that was for broadband access connect (mobile broadband connect) so since all data usage (tethered to pc or from your phone) is added up as phone data usage it should be unlimited. Its very tricky, that's how they get you stuck with big bills. And I worked there for four years and I am still confused!
Nevertheless, I too am using EasyTether and I have yet to see crazy data charges on my bill.
