Does Flickr Android App have interactive chat?

Does the Flicker App for Android have interactive real time chat? Or does it only allow static comments for images?

I created an an account, but have no friends to test with (awww)..

I read something about doodle and chat on a pic with up to 10 people, but suspect that requires than just base Flickr Android client product right? What about on the Flickr website, is interact chat possible?

I see it allows you to chat through a comment interface on any pic. From the Android client is there any way to notify or alert?
