Does HTC Incredible have built in electric current converter?

When charging my HTC Incredible in Europe (Switzerland), do I need to use an external electric current converter ?
Or does the HTC Incredible have a built in electric current converter (like my Kindle does) ?
(I am aware I can't use the ITC Incredible as a phone in Europe; am planning to use it
only for Wi Fi.) Thanks !

The HTC Incredible was made exclusively for Verizon Wireless, for the US market, so I would be very surprised if the charger would work in Europe without an external converter.
