Root Does It Cost Anything To Use Open Garden WiFi Tether App ????

Will Verizon Bill me at all for using Open Garden WiFi Tether ? Also what does it mean when Open Garden say there no tether fee ? ( Yes my phone is rooted ) This is my first time using rooted my phone and using WiFi tether. Thank you for the help
