Does the lack of NFC chip hurt the phone as compared to the Galaxy S2, Nexus , iPhone4s?

right now i don't think NFC is a deal breaker by any means. IMO its not been adopted enough by companies yet.

Next phone I purchase I intend on having for 1.5+ years. Even if NFC isn't broadly used this instant... I'd like to have the option if/when it does expand in the next year or so.
