Does Metro PCS have an SMSC number?

Hello g0lden. In the Metro PCS support area they advise calling their support line for the answer to queries about SMSC numbers: 1-888-863-8768

Sorry I can't just post the straight answer for you.. but perhaps they're ready for your question (don't laugh... ok, laugh :D).
