Hi when i first connected my via usb to my computer it worked fine,I transfered pics and music.When i try to hook up again it is not recognizing the drive. Please help............thanks Glenn
When you connect it, at the top there should be a USB icon. Pull it down and click on the icon, it should ask mount or cancel. Select mount and the computer will see the memory card of the phone. When you are done, do the same procedure to unmount
