Does not Send a Contact Picture

I have a contact pic on my phone but does not display a picture on another phone but a green android instead.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Are you trying to transfer the contact to another phone? Or is this the picture you set for yourself and it's not appearing when you call somebody?

All contact photos are set by the person receiving the call.

Yes I added a family member's photo in the contact info and it is on my phone, but when I call her phone there is no picture but shows the green android guy.
