does S7e battery have same problem as N7

I guess the S7edge does not have the 'exploding' battery problem of the Note7, since the S7e has been on the market for over half-year ?

Note 7 user here. That's good to hear. I'm ready to exchange my replacement note 7 for a S7e... I'm getting tired of all of the battery issues. I was using the S7e as an interim phone while waiting for the replacement and except for the lack of a pen, it seemed as good as the note 7

Same here, N7 going back thursday in exchange for S7 edge.. Just want peace of mind, stability and to put this behind me. Now production/support on N7 as stopped changing phones is a must

I'm also on board with the S7 edge, but the N8 should be the safest phone ever released, if they do the right thing and study what EXACTLY happened and don't rush the N8 for release.

Definitely.. I for one will absolutely be getting a note 8 knowing they are going to study the note 7. It's certainly not scared me off Samsung phones.. Still the best on the market imo

I suspect that the 'NOTE 8' isn't going to happen, as the brand may be toxic... and instead we'll get a reworked, stylus based phablet with different design cues... Stylus Pro 1 anyone?

But what do I know????

I don't think they need to use both names: either Galaxy Stylus or Galaxy S Pro would work.

Personally I'm missing the Note tablet line. I know mine still works fine, but it is really looking like they've no plans to replace it (the odd lower-end model with a stylus isn't the same).
