Does the Samsung Galaxy Camera take better pics than an s6?

Hi all, I have a Galaxy s6 and am curious if the dedicated Samsung Galaxy GC200 camera will take better pics or not. I will lug around a 2nd device around if it takes better pictures, I am looking for point and shoot, I won't be adjusting the settings much, if any.

I don't have an S6 but I have a Note 4 and I just came back from a vacation in Quebec City and New York City. I used my camera more than I used my Note 4 because it actually did take better pictures in low light and bright light. I went to 2 concerts (Stones and U2) and the camera worked much better for me. I also added a 64gb micro SD which worked beautifully.

I have the Galaxy Camera 2 and the pictures are pretty good, I would imagine a lot better than the S6 in most, if not all conditions, also with a 21x zoom, a lot better than my Note 4.
