Sprint LG G7 with no status bar apps and it's been showing °1 Fahrenheit for like 4 hours and I know it feels colder than that. Accuweather is my only weather app.

I think so it does. Maybe it connects through wifi.
Yes it does. Saw -14 on my HTC 10.
