Does the Xperia Mini have internet tethering?

Hi!

I'm looking at purchasing a Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini - not the X10 mini, but the new one which comes out this Friday.

I was just wondering though, does anyone please know if it has Internet Tethering capabilities like when you can connect it to a laptop or iPad to use the internet?

Hello! I just bought this Xperia Mini two weeks ago. Yes it does have wifi capability since it runs on Gingerbread already (2.3) by stock (2.2 already has it). The problem is it is not working properly on my unit. The laptop connected to it displays a question mark on its connected icon and displayed a message "No internet access" even though I have. I've tried inserting my SIM card on my wife's Galaxy Ace(froyo) it works flawlessly. I am a bit frustrated because I really enjoyed this phone. I tried factory reset but its no use. Any solution for this?
 
Just to confirm, try connecting any other device to your phone's network. And also create both an open network and a password protected one to see if either one works.
 
Tried to find wifi tethering for my daughters mini but could not see it? Where did you guys locate it? Found a free USB tethere worked well for her laptop but WiFi woulld be easier. Cheers
