Does this app exist?

While on the phone with someone, I'd like to put the caller on speakerphone and be able to pull up a soundboard of clips and be able to play the clips whenever I chose during the call.... just like the arnold schwarznegger, al pacino, etc soundboards online except I'd like to make a list of my own favorite clips.

Anybody heard of something like this for android?

Theres a lot of sound boards in the market... Just open the app while ur on the phone...
