Does this mean my screen was on for no reason overnight?

Hi guys,

My 2-months-old Galaxy S3 on AT&T is working great without any issues.
It does not have Jelly Bean yet as I am on AT&T.

Last night, I charged my phone at 99%, unplugged it and went to bed.

This morning, when I woke up, the battery was at 54% and the usage said the phone was running for 11hrs on battery and the screen usage was 5 hrs long...

I had one notification from Go Launcher, and the device was not heated.

Does this mean my screen was on by itself when I was asleep for 5 hours?

I heard Amoled screens burn in if you leave the screen on for a long time... That's what I'm worried about...:(

Do you have any idea/solution about this situation? Please help.
Thank you in advance!
