i am on a business contract currently in my mothers name with 5 lines 1 motorola flip phone (out of contract) 1 lg env 2 (out of contract) 1 samsung rogue (contract ends december of next year) and 2 motorola droids (expire march of 2012). we are switching to t mobile for a few reasons. the biggest being we will save around $100 a month and the second being me and my mother are both planning on getting the nexus S. service around here is just about on par with verizon. i am wondering how much our ETF will be to cancel the lines that are in contract. im also wondering if that will go down because of how old the contracts are

Yes they are prorated over time. The Rogue would have an ETF of $175 to begin with and the Droids $350 each. The Droids would prorate at $10 per month so you would have about $260 each on those- so around $520. You would probably owe around $100 or so on the Rogue- so about $620 to buy out your contracts- give or take.
