Help doesn't want to turn on

I got my tablet today,it worked well,played afew tracks then left it for a couple of minutes,when I came back it was off,tried turning it on,but futile effort,tried to charge it but still,the red led light appears(charging)...but it still doesn't want to switch on....PLEASE HELP ME!

I have the same issue. Have 7" WM 8650, wont boot past green android dude on middle of screen. Red charging light, blue light when in use.

tried using a pin to press the reset button but that shuts the device off.

is there a way to restart/reboot this puppy?
