This is honestly one of the browsers on android but it does have its problems. On lower end phones this browser tends to lag sometimes. On my HTC Hero I get more lag then when I am using the stock browser or Dolphin Browser standard. If you have a higher end phone you do want to aim for this but people with lower end phones should look at the standard browser.
This browser does one up the stock one in some ways though. If you're running a phone with a non multi touch browser and your phone is capable of doing multi touch, you can use this browser or the standard version to get it. There is also a gesture feature where if you do certain gestures on the screen, it will do certain things like open new tabs or go forward or back a page. The Tab system is really nice too. It simply just works. The tabs look like ones on a computer browser and you can simply change tabs by just taping it. I did not try flash on the browser so i do not know how it acts.
One other thing i saw was there are widgets for this browser (and the standard version too). One example of this was a bookmark widget. you could put your top 6 bookmarks on your home screen so you could open right up to that page from the homescreen.
If you are simply looking for a great browser that will let you surf the web then this is the one for you. The addons you can get for the browser is a great thing too. the ease of use is great and you can even make it your standard browser so it doesnt open the one your phone came with.
