Dolphin HD forget the initial agreament and settings

since I installed Dolphin HD on my Droid, every time I launch it, it ask me again and again all the questions I had to answer the first time I launched.
I have a Galaxy S Droid 2.2, any ideas?
Already tried on reinstalling. Opera give me no problems.
