Man, I dropped mine yesterday for the first time. Ugh. I was so mad! I hate mornings.

Received my first battle scar at the gym the other day. Dropped it, hit a steel piece of equipment (at the base). I was skeerd. Picked it up..had a small dent at the top edge. Soft plastic molding saved it. I have the clear plastic case for it now.

I have twice but so far so good... hope it's not 3 strikes and I'm out kinda thing.....

dropped mine after using it in my car and placing it on my lap and forgetting about it. got out of the car and the phone fell to the street. very minimal tiny little gash marks on the sd card cover and on the top left hand corner of the phone. the battery cover recieved the brunt of the impact. (thank god it didnt fall face first).

I did the same thing with my Wing but i was getting out of a f-250 way up high and it fell like 5 feet to the ground. survived but suffered bad gashes. ugh. i should write a note that says "DO NOT PUT PHONE ON YOUR LAP WHILE DRIVING!!" and stick it to my intstrument cluster.

luckily i hadnt sent out my first G1 that i needed to give back to Tmo and i swapped out the battery cover.

yea i dropped 3 times all already, 1 of them times my heart stopped for a split second, i cracked the back of camera lens thing, doesnt effect the camera but it doesnt look very nice

I think they should have used the accelerometer to keep track, send data to google, then google sends a txt back saying, "congratulations, you are the #th person to have dropped our phone."

so we know who was the first to do it. i'm sure someone in the world picked it up out of the box at the tmobile store and dropped their phone.
