Dont go with t-mobile!!!!!

Purchased myTouch 4g in april. Phone crapped out in two months. Contacted t-mobile about issue. They exchanged the phone with their "exchange program". T-mobile charged me $20 for a processing fee! I called about the fee and they said they WOULD NOT refund the fee. Even though I paid $250 for the piece of SH*T. Apparently I didnt buy the Good insurance. Like it should have been an insurance claim to begin with!

Got the "new" phone in the mail quickly. I used the "new" phone for two weeks and started having issues with camera randomly turning on and taking pics. Again, notified t-mobile. Had to wait four weeks to get another "new" phone in the mail because they were back ordered.(no surprise there!)

Finally got the "new" phone today and discovered right away that the screen colors wash out when it is tilted! SO PISSED!!!! This company is completely arrogant and incompetent! BEWARE OF T-MOBILE!!!

Appreciate the "heads-up", but I wouldn't give up my $10/mo., 8Mbs+ data service, because you had a phone return issue with a phone "not manufactured by T-Mo". Let alone the facts that "I've" never had issue with returns, nor exchanges, and they even waived the texting fees, when I had several hundred text messages one billing cycle, prior to moving to unlimited texting.

Not sure what you mean by the underlined.

Go with tmobile; I have never had an issue with them as fas as exchanges. There have been multiple times they have even exchanged phones under warranty that werent purchased from them.

I have been with T-Mobile since they were VoiceStream (gawd that Jamie Lee Curtis was cute). I've always been happy with them and their phones.

T-mobile does not MAKE PHONES!!!!!! HTC does.
CRY:( to HTC the manufacture.. if the servers go down! then B!tch about tmobile sucks.

also tmobile is the only one to offer (FREE WIFI CALLING!!!) if all servers went down LIKE att, verizon, sprint & metro:rolleyes:

Agreed. T-mobile doesn't make the phones. They buy them from other companies with their brand name on it. But they don't actually make them. Conntact the actually manufacturer of the phone and complain to them.
