So I was talking to a sprint employee and he had absolutley no idea what android 2.2 "froyo" is..... I mean seriously? Shouldn't these people know about there products? This is basic stuff, cmon sprint! Don't just hire anyone.
Sprint and there subcontracted call centers are just revolving doors. They've always got ad's in the paper for hiring. They'll take what they can get. At least they speak english and are in the US!
