I'm sorry, but before we can help you you'll need to give us more information, e.g. examples of things which go wrong, how they go wrong, what exactly you are doing (don't assume anything), what device you are using, what software version. Without that we've nothing to go on - try to imagine yourself how you would help someone if the only information you have is just the words in your post.
