Don't know what to call it so don't know what to look for

As you can tell, I'm a total Newb.

Have the Samsung Acclaim and am getting a LOT of help here in getting it set up. Figured out how to put on the clock and how to play movies. I THINK I know how to do the ringtones, but thats for another day.

I can't get photos to set to wallpaper "right". They spread across the three "screens" and are absolutely HUGE. The crop square thingy does absolutely no good, and I haven't found a way to change the dimensions of the pics on the phone, so I'm guessing I may have to do that on the pc, then save to the card???

If so, how to I know what size to save them to? Is there any way to have a different pic for each "screen"?

I don't know if I need an app or just advice on how to configure the gosh darn things.

Thanks for any help!

I don't know if this is what you were looking for but you could resize the image (on your PC) so it was the correct height and width of one screen. Then add padding on either side of it for the width of the other screens on either side of your main screen in your setup. Then, install Launcher Pro with the 'wallpaper scroll' option disabled. That way you would have the same background across all your screens when you swiped between them and you would be able to see all of it.
