Doogee x20 phone

I've bought a new doogee x20 phone. When I try and use a ringtone on my SD card, I keep getting the message that the SD card is busy, please go to settings - apps to change the permission but I don't know which app I have to change the permission o

Which app are you trying to set to use that ringtone stored on card? Or if you're not sure of the name of the app itself, maybe a general description of what function? A ringtone has become a generic, catch-all term for a notification sound on a mobile device so more details please.

Just making an assumption, if for phone calls there should be a 'Phone' app in your Settings >> Apps menu, or if you instead rely on Wi-Fi calling there will be most likely be a different, branded app.
