there are a couple of sites where I have found information on this
forum.xda-developers . com
android tablets . net
it won't let me post links just yet.
both those sites have a ton of information on this item just do a search
on Google for DOPO MD-702 and it will come up
one of the users on xda wrote a script you can download that will root the
device and install android marketplace on the dopo
only problem is you can not turn off the device after you have rooted it.
you have to download a shutdown app ...
you can just hit the power button to go into a suspend mode but if you
try to turn it off it hangs up and you have to use a paperclip to reset the
power.
the shutdown app on the market place is called "Ubicoo's Shutdown App"
Hello,
I just received my Double Power MD-702 (DOPO) today. When I connect it to my pc the battery indicator moves but I do not get any usb mass storage connection with or without debugging enabled. I am running windows 7 64bit and the device is running android 2.3.1. I have hooked it up to a computer running windows 2000 and it connects perfectly. I have tried downloading several drivers and nothing seems to be working. When I pull up the device manager there is no "other device" option to install the driver to. Please help me if you can.
Thank you...
