Help Double hearing of voice

Hello to everybody. I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a Samsung galaxy A3 2016 . When someone calls me he hear his voice in the phone. I change dim card but the problem still exists. Thanks in advance.

There can be a lot of things that causes that. Like bad network signal(the calling is jumping throug a lot of cell tower), you're answering his call on loud speaker and even having a phone case sometimes can cause this.
