Doubles of contacts' phone number

My contact list is pulling from my google contacts and facebook, so half of my contacts now have multiple phone numbers. The only problem is that the ONLY difference is formatting. So I have the same number twice for a huge number of contacts, one as xxx-xxx-xxxx and one as xxxxxxxxxx.

Is there any way to fix this quickly rather than having to go through and edit each contact individually?
