how do I download pictures from google images on Samsung galaxy s4

Hi, Welcome to the forum! 
To save a picture from a webpage you should just be able to just hold your finger on it for a few seconds until a menu pops up. Press save image and you should be able to find it in your downloads folder.
To access that folder you need to find "My Files" on the applications menu and scroll down to "Downloads"
