Anyone know how to enter in download mode and in recovery mode for the cat s60 ? I am tired of this android 6, I want to root the phone !

Download Mode is a Samsung thing, but to boot up your S60 into Recovery Mode:
http://www.hardreset.info/devices/cat/cat-s60/recovery-mode/
The left side panel has links to things like Fastboot too.
