Help Downgrade from lollipop to kitkat Samsung S4

Hello guys few Days ago I update my Samsung Galaxy S4 19500 through an OTA update, which means it updates my OS from Kitkat 4.4 to lollipop 5.0.0
Now the problem is after update my phone sometimes hangup, restarts it self, close apps it self and when it calling the display doesn't shows.

So the thing is i want to go back to Kitkat 4.4. My phone is non rooted.
But please dont post the tricks with ODIN because on every forum they said use ODIN bla bla but when i read the comments of people who used this trick they brick their phone or stuck in recovery mode etc.
So please suggest me a good official and clean way to do it.

Unfortunately there isn't any official way of going back. As far as Samsung are concerned once it's upgraded, that's it. Have you tried a factory reset, as that can often resolve OS upgrade issues and instability.
