Downgrade Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 from 4.2.2

Accidentally allows my 10.1 Tab to upgrade to Jellybean 4.2.2. Really want to revert to the previous version of Android (believe version 4.1.2). The reason: 4.2.2 doesn't support Flash at all, while 4.1.2 does (if installed externally).
How does one revert to 4.1.2 without being routed?

Once the update was excepted I'm sorry to say you are stuck with it as you are not rooted.
