How do i down load an app

The easiest way is to go to the Play Store app on your phone or tablet, find the app you wish to download (try Angry Birds for a "classic"), clock the "Install" button in green, then "accept" the app permissions (another green button).
You can watch the progress right there as it downloads and installs. After which, you'll see the "Open" button where the Install button was, or you can find the app in your app drawer.
You can also download apps from 3rd party sites, but this is not recommended since they could have hidden nefarious intents.
